What it is

Health and Work Environment Profile - Construction is developed for the construction industry. It is a mapping of lifestyle habits, mobility issues, wellbeing and work environment. You can choose to add the examination Function assessment: strength tests, mobility tests and balance tests as well as a Hearing test. Your employees go for individual check-ups and then receive individual reports. If you want a report at group level, at least 10 employees must participate. It also adds an extra cost. The profile can only improve the situation if the action plan is implemented on both individual and group level.

How it works

1. Order service
   Enter any additional examination in the order form. When you have ordered the service, the employee is booked in for the health check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee. An email is sent to the employee with a link to a survey to answer before the wisit.
2. Visit
   The visit consists of a fitness test and measurement of blood pressure, BMI, waist, glucose and cholesterol, as well as any optional examinations.
3. Feedback
   There is no feedback of Health and work environment profile at employee level. It is possible to order a report on the combined group results if at least 10 employees participated.
