Basic Work Environment
RequestBasic training in work environment is based on AFS 2023:1 and is aimed at managers, safety representatives or those who have another type of role that requires knowledge of work environment issues. The training is tailored to your organisation and is held on your premises or online.
What it is
The training is done during two full days and provides knowledge of the requirements placed on employers based on the Work Environment Act and regulations, as well as how a safe and secure work environment can contribute to results for the business. The content is based on systematic work environment work (SAM) and gives you methods and routines to use in the workplace. We alternate theory with real-life cases and provide knowledge that can be easily adapted to the conditions that apply to your particular industry. No previous knowledge required.
First day
The focus for day one is the connection between positive work environments and business development. Topics covered are:
- Laws and regulations
- Employer's and employee's responsibilities and tasks
- The duties of the safety representative
- Systematic work environment management
- Risk assessment in the event of changes in the business
- Work environment management in everyday life
Second day
Day two focuses on organizational and social work environment, work adaptation and rehabilitation. The following is covered:
- Sustainable workload
- Abusive discrimination
- Discrimination Act
- Risks of working alone
- Threats and violence
- First aid and crisis support

Övriga villkor
Utbildningen kan ombokas eller avbokas kostnadsfritt från till fyra veckor innan utbildningen börjar. Därefter debiteras 100% av kostnaden. Fakturering sker innan kursstart med betalningsvillkor om 30 dagar. Vi förbehåller sig rätten att avboka eller omboka utbildningar på grund av för få deltagare.
