Menopause in working life – a leadership issue

Welcome to a free webinar on hormone health and menopause in working life. This webinar aims to give you as a manager the tools and knowledge to understand and support employees through menopause.

Aired: January 15, 2026

Knowledge about hormone health and menopause is becoming increasingly important for a modern and inclusive workplace. Many employees are affected by this phase of life, and as a manager, you play a key role in creating a supportive and open environment.

Being informed, being able to meet employees with understanding and offering adaptations is important to maintain well-being, engagement and productivity in the team. During this webinar, we will talk about the role of the manager, so that you feel more confident in dealing with these issues.

Among other things, we will discuss:

  • How you can work proactively to create an open and supportive work environment where menopause is de-dramatized.
  • Concrete tools for conversations and how you as a manager can respond to employees who experience problems.
  • Which adaptations in the workplace can make it easier for employees, for example in terms of the work environment and flexibility.
  • Strategies for building an inclusive culture that promotes the health and well-being of all employees, regardless of life stage.

Participants

Sara Lagerholm, occupational health physician.
Maria Fornell, rehab coordinator.
