What does mental fitness mean, how can it help us in our everyday lives, and how do we affect it? Being stressed sometimes is part of everyday life, but if the lack of recovery is too great and recurring, it can be harmful and affect our health.
In this webinar, we highlight different types of recovery, why it is important and how we can learn to understand when our bodies react to stress and when we recover.
